Haha @Former-Member don't you know you're not sposed to feel good on meds lol. Had sleepers rarely but wasn't sleeping well years ago, had a new job had been getting best sleep when would have had to been getting up. They worked well. Got thru job. Wrinkles went away too. Wtf musta been relaxing sleep

Haha! What a nutter I was last night. @Former-Member @TAB They worked almost straight away. I spept for approx 6 hours like the doctor said, woke a few times, but went straight back to sleep.
I was hard to type last night, I hate to keep deleting and retyping, but i still made a few errors, lol. I feel ok, very tired. but ok. Normally I would try and sleep longer, but I thought I should get moving and on the road. Woke approx 5am, typical when i have to go somewhere. Hubby and daughter still sleeping. I'll wake them soon.
How are you feeling this morning @TAB ?
Did you sleep much @Former-Member ? Is your back any better?
I have a huge cup of strong coffee to get me going, organic toast. Still lots to do, so I better not spend too much time on here. xoxoxox
I dont' have the little emoctions on my laptop, there must be a way to get them, it's an Apple. I will find out some day.

Hi @Former-Member 😀 Am feeling ok thanks. Sleep stuff used to give me 10-12 hrs uninterrupted lol . Perhaps let daughter drive first you may feel ok but prob still fuzzy. Thx for coffee am drinking it now😀 Yeah re ph's and typing I can struggle to see what typed if in bed and crusty sleepy eyes

Ha,ha ..the cars I did need one last night Tab, but we walked.
I walked many k's yesterday, leg cramp this morning proved as much.
Ok some dehydration issues thrown in too.
I've been up and down a bit.
Bella are you off on Sydney trip? Safe travels if so.
Well breaky time for me n lil man, eggs & mushrooms ☕🍳🍴
I saved pic to phone of my trip, miss the other two.
