I usually go for another walk after taking her out in the morning so I can get some pace up. With my pooch it's a few steps, sniff, a few more, more sniffing, a few more, take a leak and so on @Mazarita

Hi @CheerBear and @Zoe7 I'm ok today so far. Have an activity to look forward to for a change - a cooking group at a drop in centre with my PHaMs support worker. Do you have plans today? How was your sleep last night?

I had a cat sit with me staring at my face while I fell asleep and it helped me to relax into sleep last night so it was ok for me thanks. Meeting today to sort out some plans for our housing situation and working on a drawing I'm doing, are my plans.
Bettter get my kids fed and dressed and ready for the day. Hope you have a good time with your cooking group 🙂

@eth I actually fell asleep really early - I think it was around 8pm! I was feeling really sick (too many pain killers) so layed down and actually went to sleep 
Today is party planning day.........
