Books -yes - they are among my favourite things - along with my cat and my movies - and I suppose my computer and my entertainment system.

Yes - the cat is first but she will not last forever - then the books - I had my bedroom spring-cleaned a few weeks back and I was going to get rid of some of the books - a couple of battered ones went into the recycling bin - and I got rid of a text book I don't think anyone would want - and the rest are back in the bookcase in my bedroom

And your mammogram - I hate having them - they are uncomfortable but necessary - I think they don't offer them after you are 74 - so maybe I am past my use-by date soon - ahhh - TMI -

Like you @Owlunar I have a great passion for books/reading since childhood.and now in senior years I love them even more. Fiction historical romances head the favourites list. Wonder how many other forum members love reading? Wish you well @Owlunar from @Bimby2.
