yeah booked in next wednesday @Former-Member @Former-Member told them no one home re anaesthetic, got the 3rd degree from female nurse as to why I am on my own, good looking guy like you hahaha said been hearing that for last 20 plus years lol. anyhoo health signs surprisingly good despite dying from a hangover, well except weight ..hmm

I remember waking after I had mine done and nurse asked if I'd like a cuppa and muffin. Was the best tasting cuppa and muffin ever, lol, after fasting etc..
They were quick to get me out of there. (Private clinic). My mother helped me to the car, staggering. Must have looked hilarious, so early in the morning and I looked drunk. Was a small town too, knew just about everyone. Not sure who saw me, lol. Local child care worker, drunk in morning. 😂😂😂😂😂
Powerful general anaesthetic . Slept almost all day. It was day before Christmas.
And why is Mr good looking alone? lol.

Watched a video on internet re gut inflammation health heart etc interesting. Will write more later about it. Gotta look at din dins 😀

Yeah lots easier @Former-Member .. I cancelled priv hospital cover. They rescheduled me for morning so have to hsng out there rest of day after op then sign disclaimer before I leave. Oh, nurse offered to be my friend musta missed that one haha lol . I wasn't interested anyway lol

didnt do much today, was a bit too hot to take kids to the playground. i am just exhausted. i have this little voice going on in my head saying give up youre pathetic and this is all too hard for you. and other stuff on repeat. im tired of fighting.
maybe not having a sleep today means you'll sleep tonight?

I guess what keeps us going is our kids. 💜
I'm forever looking for answers for better health. Searching for answers for a healthy gut lately. Healthy gut means better health. Even brain chemicals are produced in our gut.
Today was our coolest day in ages. Raining on and off, nice not to have hot for change.
