how are you? I hope you're doing ok.
I will get there eventually and rebuild a little scaffolding step by step and find some good routines. I'm not through some of the stuff yet and I am exhausted. My sleep has been terrible the last few nights.
And I know I have to acknowledge and grieve the loss I am experiencing. I am grateful that I can actually name the emotion.

Just popping past to say hi here 🙂 I have my own coffee again, although I am sticking to no coffee from the afternoon onwards. I hope to back on the forum a bit more now I'm feeling better.

The weekend here has been really good thanks. I've got a delicious smelling vegetable cannelloni baking at the moment and am crocheting. I'm getting so close to finishing the biggest yarn project I've taken on which is a bit exciting!

My day has gone well thank you Shaz51 but I gather you are not feeling the best at present? Do hope circumstances pick-up for you. You put so much into this forum with words of kindness and compassion.
