Goodmorming @Former-Member 💓💓 im trying to keep busy as im already stressing about the go appontment at 11 30 today
Yes j struggled to get up at 6am but ive gotten 2 things off the list done then take kids to school in a minute and then another thing while im out can be ticked off.
I think my age (20) is helping me get by abit but i know others are still capable to.do these things and if they arent theu are still good at other thing auch as your beautiful artwork
Oh id love to see your sketches too!! Chuck em on the art thread or on here if you like.
Structure hmm think of the things that you are able to still do and incorporate it into your day where you can 💓💓 oh and thanks for thinking of me 💓💓💓

I have several "alarms" set on my clock on the phone, for my various medication times, you can set them up in a way that they go off every day and also for eating, because I always forget to eat.

Yeah i do the same thing and half the tie i ignore them or i just click yep ive had them and i set it up and i forget @Former-Member

I have come in late on yesterday's convo here, but just wanted to say to @Former-Member that I am horrified for you too Hon ..... that was appalling for an out-of-touch stranger to trash your conversation with your friend like that and put you down ..... wow ...... some people .... :face_with_rolling_eyes::face_with_rolling_eyes::face_with_rolling_eyes:
I am glad you can see that their views are based in ignorance, so please don't roll that over to imagining your family and friends judging you ..... they are informed where that woman definitely wasn't.
