My days just blur into each other without a meaning. Considered doing Day group at a clinic until I get back on my feet.

me too @oceangirl it would be good to actually meet you guys in life- imagine the convos we would have lol- i think id be gob smacked and not know what to say.
but the joys of technology are keeping us conencted

well seems like I have yet another busy day tomorrow
1. get kids ready for school and take them to school
2. feed the bird, rabbit and dog and top up waters
3. fold and put away clothes
4. wash, dry and put dishes away
5. tidy the dining room
6. mop the kitchen and dining room
7. clean the lounge room up
8. clean up pops room
9. clean mine/sisters bedroom
10. vaccum all the floors
11. clean up the bathroom
12. go to gp
13. pick up the kids from school
14. ride the exercise bike for an hour- this is important as my meds are causing weight gain as well
15. go to the shoping centre and get the kids things that they needed
16. do some artwork- form of self care if I have time

@Former-Member on the weekend mum is working on one of the days so ill have mys sisters- nothing unuual and then on sunday its still suppose to be poruing down but no plans as yet but im sure ill have something to do
