Hi @Faith-and-Hope and yes I've had a mixed morning some of it good some a little perplexing! Had 2 friends call for a social visit and we chatted and laughed over "old times". I tend to feel a little uptight at times but try controlled breathing techniques that do help me. 'Some days a diamond some days a pearl 'as the song goes! Want to commend outlander on being frank and honest about troubled feelings. Perseverence pays off so do keep up your positive thoughts and feelings outlander.
