Regarding the world situation, pretty much agree with your summation. I admire Putin a great deal, it's the other side I think are the lunatics. It's certainly worrying. I've been to Syria, I feel so sorry for them, they seem so often to be used by outside forces. When I was there I literally looked around the beautiful ruins and said to my travelling companions "What really happened here?" Now they are getting a new wave of it. along with that huge bomb the US dropped on Afghanistan the other day, I don't get it. It just makes me shake my head and wonder how we ever got to this point, yet at the same time I know exactly how we got here.

Now I could sit for a nice relaxing green tea. That would be perfect actually, I find sipping herbal tea so relaxing.
