Hi @Evie1, welcome and good to meet you. I've read that you are going through a hard time. I hope that there at least some moments of relief throughout this day. Maybe tell us a bit more about yourself, if you are up to it. I'm living with bipolar over a long time now. My interests are mainly creative. Even if you have lost interest in things you used to like about before, it would be interesting hearing about what they were, if you feel like sharing. Either way, just mainly wanted to say hi.

My dinner guest is very worried about North Korea and all the trigger happy types in the US. I think these are worrying times and I try and be alert and check news, but am not totally consumed by it all. I guess Russia is a concern re their support to Syria and how a little tipping this way or that could get different world leaders' noses out of joint. The capacity for destruction keeps increasing, I just hope they all have capacity for restraint.

My high-light of the day was being invited by a new neighbour for green tea. Her hubby only arrived in the country today!
