yes @Mazarita I do feel very privileged to have lived where I did in my formulative years... no television.. nothing to tell me "how" to live. Certainly teaches another totally different way of living that's for sure. 🙂

Good morning, @CheerBear Cold is feeling a lot better this morning. Still very chesty but head is much clearer. I'll ring for the tooth appointment today but probably won't get one for some days, I'm guessing. It's the public dental clinic. It's not aching so that's a good thing. How did you sleep?

@Spookytookims, yes, just being free of TV, would have shaped your perspective in a liberating way. It's annoying how persistent TV stereotypes are in my mind, having gobbled it up as a child. You wouldn't believe how many ad jingles from the 70s I can sing by heart, lol!

hahaha @Mazarita funny you say that... I typed up a quick precis about the characters on Gilligans Island the other day... I really haven't seen that many and it was only when we used to come to Aus and visit when I was a kid that I saw them.... yet I understood the characters so well you'd think I had studied them. That's scary how things ike that stick in our minds .. imagine how many other things are in there that we don't know about... no wonder it's so hard to affect change with MI symptoms when so much can be influencing us without us even knowing.

@Spookytookims, oh yes, Gilligans Island was a favorite. I liked Mary Anne and the Professor the best, but all great characters. You must have really dug it to write a precis of it. Has dawn arrived with you yet?

nope not here yet @Mazarita I was writing up the character dynamic for cheerbear and lil caterpillar, it was because phoenix rising had mentioned it after I came up with a marooned island idea for the personality thread. Lil cat and Cheerbear had never heard of it so just wanted to explain it to them.

That sounds awesome, your playful creativity in the other thread. I haven't visited that discussion yet. Meanwhile, here, I'm finding it fun comparing dawn times while live online together, @Spookytookims. Tell me when you start to get first light and bird sounds, if you're still around. The sun's just started shining over the rooftops here.

the very first just lightish signs are around... but it tends to go from this to much lighter very quickly... so I'll keep you posted 😛 (pun there) @Mazarita
