yeah @Former-Member and @Dothemo... I tend to be an objective thinker. or was.. and am regaining that now that I'm mostly out of my PTSD fog... but even still things I don't even expect can give me anxious moments until I consciously try to work out why and then figure out how to talk myself back.

@Former-Member, I'm glad that you've mostly overcome PTSD. I have minor forms of it from experiences I've had over the years with bad medication reactions

@Dothemo I didn't turn to medication.. I wanted to heal myself, but it was a very very very hard road. It's probably the one thing I am truly proud of myself about. That I did it. At times I never thought I could or would even though I'm a very determined person. Ironically I think it was that same determination that got me into it originally... but hey.. that's yin yang.. 🙂

@Former-Member yep Pontifus is definitely a Russian Blue 🙂 I love him I'm a cat nut. Also I'm male which some people find weird that a bloke loves cats.
That is absolutely brilliant, I'd be proud too overcoming that.
I'm studying to work in a Lab, however I'm doing it in a roundabout way - it's a long story but I'm studying a bachelor of Forensic Science. It's like ERP therapy for OCD in a course haha.

I’ve worked in labs… mining industry.. metallurgical and assay @Dothemo Forensics would be great.. atm I'm researching in a branch of behavioural science.. so kind of related.
