Had down domestic stuff to deal with this morning, but headed out for a late walk now. Just popping past to say hello, and good to see everybody is getting their boxes ticked (I said ticked not tucked @TAB 😆) by degrees .... phone call @Former-Member ... walking @Former-Member ? .... biking @Former-Member .... and staying out of trouble re dogs and fences @TAB .... hope you're on the mend with those ribs tho ..... ❣

I only stopped 'self medicating' about 6 years ago. By the time I was a teenager I was already destroying my own life, I think it's a bit like carrying on what you've learnt. I still have a favourite 'herbal remedy' that I wish I could get legally - but in it's natural form - why take out the best bit? - the bit that makes you feel better.
Mine is an only child, maybe that's why they went on to have 5 children? I was honest with my child about everything, if they wanted to know about lesbians - I'd tell them, if they wanted to know about drugs - I'd tell them. I think not telling and leaving it up to the child to learn things on their own can be dangerous.
I have been feeling . . . different, for a while; and the only thing that's changed is my trying to connect with the Human Race again. I did have my friendly cyber-stalker find me in the last chat place I went, and somehow get email through that I thought I'd blocked - and also silent phone calls, when I changed the number years ago. Almost a decade - and he's still there. I must have been the best abuse he'd ever given, funny that, considering I used to offer it freely.
I tell myself to do exactly what you say, only go to the general threads, that's what I got on here for. But I find myself clicking away, wanting to help, worrying about hurting, being a trigger whilst I blurt stuff out.
But molecule be molecule, I know it's selfish, but each drop that comes out - at least it's out.

Guy who lives at house behind which has driveway down the side is standing not moving directly opposite my fence trying to blow up some noisy implement
Think its a cry for help or wanting to get a reaction/both either that or he's trying do dig a 6 foot hole with whipper snipper now pointlessly banging something which also just happens to be next to fence. Not first time. Clumps of dirt hitting my roof now. Maybe he's trying to bury his car in driveway what a moron

Feeling a little flat again today, quite possibly the weather has something to do with it (is drizzly and humid). I think I'll make a hot chocolate, anyone want one?

Lol @TAB ..... having wtf moments with WH ..... water services turned up this morning to restrict our water cos he's not paying bills .... money is there .... he's just awol with his regimen ...... does that rank with trying to bury the car ?? He tried to put five of us into a car that would only physically fit four of us a couple of years ago .... other weird stuff .... but taking the pressure off by walking with him at a distance has reduced that sorta :pile_of_poo: .... not no-bills-paid :pile_of_poo: instead ..... 😜

Bit scrambled today @Shaz51 ....
D1 and SIL narrowly missed an accident on the drive back up from down south this morning .... someone else doing the wrong thing. It was a close call for them, and the accident then happened just behind them. They are okay, but rattled. I am just so thankful they are safe.
Out walking at the mo. Need to clear my head a bit and settle.
Would love one @Queenie ..... @Former-Member ..... in fact, give me both .... ❣
