I had no idea I did write essays @Former-Member 😀 But thanks.. Essay was weakest point in my apparently 'really high' uni entry test did early 90s lol but English was fave subject, easiest and best. When I left school in teen angst, head of English ok at country school haha offered bribes for me to stay at school. She had a thing for me I think lol

..shouldn't need to be a notice @Former-Member .. there are other forms of communication including non verbal a notice is a bit like an invitation/cry for help to other humans esp ones who don't respect space..

..trying to.. @Shaz51.. have to get to shops shortly for big stock for next 2 weeks no shop there just food. Going to be 40 all week going to have to try and turn brain off

yes I loved english, had some absolute bores of teachers over the years who could not inspire a brown paper bag
so excelled at english, dry humour and swank to boot
