If you are not comfortable finding a new psychologist @Belka2, this might be something that you can call the Helpline fir .... even just telling someone that you're feeling angry but don't know why is acknowledging g your feelings and giving them space to be .. ..
Journalling is another good option, but I know you would be afraid of your daughter finding it ....
Hopefully going to the support group will help the suppressed anger come out and be dispensed with.
