@Former-Member i do love a good walk on the beach. There's nothing like the sand between your toes and the salty air in your hair. Very soothing

Huge difference going from Sydney to the country @Lisbeth
We were in Sydney a couple of weeks ago. Lots to see and do. I over did it. 😂
Love going in the ferries to Manly, the zoo etc..... shopping in the city.
Great place to visit, but I couldn't live there. I found it fun, but stressful.
We were staying close to the city on a busy road. 😑😨
Anyway, I did enjoy it (had a few meltdowns though, tears etc...
It's lovely living near the beach, Lisbeth. I remember wanting to when I was little. 🌊🌞
Ok, will try and sleep. Let's see if I do.

I'm curious, how do people with PTSD stay married?
I'm wondering how many people struggle being married when they have PTSD.
I find it so difficult, am I the only one? Somehow I don't think so.
I feel so angry inside all the time, that's not how I want to be.
Does anyone know how to deal with inner anger?

I can never remember jokes. Probably have some funny stories, but right now, I can't think of any.
