My neck is no worse nor any better.

I'm hoping to go to Drs Tuesday, I want to have a ultrasound on it to make sure its nothing serious.

You seem to have a full day tomorrow with appointments.

I don't like having Psych in the morning - too much of the day left to think. Always try to have GP appointment after psych so GP can help ground me again. Tomorrow is my last psych app until second week of Jan. Quite concerned about how I will cope - maybe the break will be good - only time will tell.

Hope you can get an ultrasound straight away. Hoping for you it'd just an infection and nothing serious.
