I'm feeling bad

I'm feeling bad

I'm feeling so bad ATM. Panic attacks are big and last long. My depression is worse and I'm feeling so down. It feels like my whole world is collapsing.

anxity is with me all day, I feel like I need to run away and hide from everything.

Bad thoughts are running through my mind, and I feel like I don't want to be in this world any more.

@OCDadhd,

@OCDadhd, sorry you're feeling so bad ATM. Sounds like anxiety, bad panic attacks and depression are at their worst for you "whole world is collapsing"... Sounds frightening, and painful and I can so understand why youre having bad thoughts, and wanting to " run away" or "hide from everything" Feel for you. So many of us here on tbe forums know how this feels and have survived to help you through. Can I ask - has anything happened to make you feel like his way?

Lots. I separated from my wife almost 2 years ago and I'm now with a wonderful understanding woman. We work together but the boss has been giving us hell because she didn't like the idea of us being together.

she was giving my partner hell and she has now got depression anxiety with sudo seizures. She can't work now .

it seems like everything has hit me hard

Sounds like you are going through a lot at the moment - I'm sorry you are having such a hard time.

I know that feeling all too well and the feeling of not wanting to be in this world, I have BPD and get really bad anxiety so thats how that effects me as well. I dont know if you are the same but when I get like that its not becuase I want to leave the world its usually because the pain gets too great and at that moment you cant see a way out and you just want the pain to stop.

Remember you have a partner who you seem very happy with and its rare to have a MI and have someone so understanding - thats very special so you dont want to leave her behind and it sounds like she will need your support now too.

Do you both go to a counsellor or therapy for your anxiety etc as your wife may be able to work after this is all sorted. When I was first having issues they thought I had epilepsy and then a lady talked to me stating that she thought it was "sudo seizures" and explained what that was - she then referred me to a mental health place where I was diagnosed with BPD. The sort of seizures I was having they thought later were just very extreme panic attacks and anxiety. I would feel like my eyes were flickering and like I was shutting down and had to lie down immediately and sleep. At that stage they still thought it was epilepsy so I was on a lot of harsh medication which rendered me unable to drive, had to resign from work, depressed and just slept constantly. I ended up having a year off work to sort this all out and now that was about 5 years ago and I have been working since. Its a struggle at times but definitely feel a lot better and more confidence for working.

You both have each other remember that and you can get through this, I know its a bad time of year as well which doesnt help.

Be kind to yourselves and if you are not seeing anyone for counselling etc may be worth investigating.

Keep posting as there are many on here with similar experiences that can give you support.

Take care
