Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Hello @PeppiPatty, over here my special friend xx

Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

Don`t know if I am making this up , but i have that feeling ,

Food is Huge @Shaz51 (at least in my experience with MI)

But I'm sure you're aware 🙂

Food, rest, exercise are definitely big factors @Shaz51 .

I'm sorry things don't feel too well.

This morning, I was out and was feeling terrible, so I rushed home, had a rest and now I feel somewhat better.

At first, I thought it was the dreaded COVID, but I'm negative.

Have something to eat if you can @Shaz51 (i shouldn't be talking because I haven't eaten either!)

Let's have something to eat together. I'm have a chicken kiev with salad. How about you?

Now had some biscuits with the 3rd beer

Got some mince out for dinner

Will what you have eaten affect your sugars? @Shaz51

Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Yes and also what I have not eaten will affect my sugar levels too @tyme @StuF

So it looks like it is all setling down now. might have a cuppa and something else to eat with the aircon on

Well played I say @Shaz51 🙂

(Sure, ideally these situations wouldn't arise in the first place, but yeah, this is life, after all)
