Mr shaz feeling very overwhelmed with everything, so he decided to cancel a whole lot of our jobs

I am happy with what he is happy with

And we have cancelled 2 jobs so far for today

@Shaz51 trust you are able to get done what you feel you need to be able to do.

mr shaz is seeing the doctor again this week -- 3 weeks in a row

he has had 3 phone calls from mental health and are going to work out a plan with the doctor

but mr shaz said that the team is thinking no plan !!

mr shaz is doing what he wants , not following what the doctor wants him to do , wants him to go o his original meds amounts again but he is not

his anxiety is increasing when i am not around , tuesdays are the worse like today

he believes that i will need to be his carer soon

soo will be interesting on thursday appt when he will say yes to whatever the doctor says

The doctor yesterday is saying that Mr shaz is more depressed than having anxiety

Okay @Shaz51 ... thats interesting. Has Mr Shaz agreed to go on any medication or have any other talk therapy or something to help with that? What was suggested, and what has Mr Shaz agreed to, if anything?

He does not believe the doctor as he has both

We have someone to see but Mr shaz said it is a waste of time

One we saw said could try this or that and I don't know what you have

It can be a tricky differentiating between normal grief related to a specific event which is ongoing (loss of house and demolishing/ rebuilding) and depression @Shaz51 .

Very true @Former-Member , a lot of changes which has affected both of us But now need to cope and find a way through
