Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

HI @Shaz51. It's had its ups and downs. Older Daughter had another bad-ish night last night but avoided SH... went out with my sister to a nice garden tour today. Younger Daughter is having a sleep over with my sister tonight, so we've got the place to ourselves.

Mr shaz did not win a prize but he said that a lot of my photos were better than some of the ones that were there

So maybe put more photos in next year @Jacques

Had morning tea with mum and aunty @Maggie , @Owlunar , @Bunniekins

And then took mum to have a look at the art show --- first time out of the house in 18 weeks

I have osteoarthritis in right hand and in the acetabular margins, and hips

blood pressure was 136 / 82 -- good

need to refocus and get back on a strict diet again or the doctor said " it is not now that is the problem , it is in years to come "
