and relaxing now , going to have leftovers tonight

we came home and mr shaz helped me take the clothes off the line

and he has just washed the dishes -- I would of done them later but happy he done them xx

it catches me by surprise sometimes , don`t know why

but we go ok doing everything and I am in the forward mode -- but then mr shaz puts on the breaks

takes me a coupls of days to get back into the rhymn again

mr shaz had his blood test today to see if all ok

results next week
