Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Hello @PeppiPatty, over here my special friend xx

Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

Don`t know if I am making this up , but i have that feeling ,

Hi everyone, it’s been a long time since I post here , been having trouble with Thor about cellphones , emails ,call , text and etc. he’s been paranoid of me messaging someone else. Sometimes it feels like I’m a criminal that needs to prove my innocence in something I didn’t and wouldn’t do . I don’t have friends anymore as if I get to talk to people around he thinks I’m up to something . Like right now posting here , I need to make it a secret. When there’s nothing wrong with this. I just post now coz I need to unload .

Well I’ve no problem seeing as I’m too tired from work and when I got home too much cleaning up to do so I’m physically drained too. I’m not complaining coz I love him flaws and all. But sometimes when he’s in paranoid state It’s like I’m about to burn out

Well loving someone with MI is tough. It’s a roller coaster ride . You can’t even plan ahead a holiday or a day off coz it’s all depends on his moods. There are Times I feel as if I live to serve and understand him but when he is in his normal self you’ll see a caring thoughtful man. So yeah it’s tough but i wont give up on him coz I love him.
