Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Hello @PeppiPatty, over here my special friend xx

Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

Don`t know if I am making this up , but i have that feeling ,

Jury out at the moment @Former-Member
Overall things are looking up but still have concerns.
I deliberately went and hid at the uni today to avoid a fight.
Darling seems to be enjoying time with the children while they are on holidays so that is a BIG improvement. Having another movie night with them tonight while I was out and still going.

Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

hello @Bella1978

in august 2015 my mr shaz took himself to hospital , and they took hime up to the mental health ward in the city 60 kms away where the mr shaz received a new mental health tem and new meds , stayed in hospital for 2 weeks , I stayed in the red cross accomadation

but when we came home it was good but then over time , mr shaz has been finding no difference and feeling worse , we rang the team and he had been cancelled from their list so we have been goingalong on our own until now and he wants me to ring them tomorrow as he is not coping anymore
