Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Hello @PeppiPatty, over here my special friend xx

Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

Don`t know if I am making this up , but i have that feeling ,

Okay @Shaz51 ..... how do you feel about that ? Do you think it is time for him to retire, and what will he do with his time if he does ?

Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

I think that is part of the ups and downs of MI -- I agree @Faith-and-Hope, @Former-Member

Do you think it is time for him to retire -- Ha ha he would be totally bored and he would pester me more

I have told him we can cut back to relieve some of the stress which is no good for him , but he would stress if there was nothing to be stressed about -- part of MI

this is when the decission making comes in which Is part of MI and He is worried, anxious to say no to someone and who do you say no too
