Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

It is a rest day for me today too @Shaz51. Emotional more than physical.

Doing all the years of gym and rehab were great as they helped me be very clear about all the "no gain, No pain" truths and myths.

the resuls have come back for mr shaz and his cloestrol, blood pressure, liver, kidney, sugar, prostrate are all good , but mr shaz is worried about his memory @Former-Member, @Former-Member

and I have a kidney infection and am on AB`s

@Shaz51 not easy for you with your own health issues as well as Mr Shaz being anxious.

Had a friend come over to help today - mowing and whipper snipping for us - he stayed for tea and is watching the footy with Mr Darcy.
