Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

Not bad @Former-Member. The pooch was restless so that made for a disturbed sleep. Have been out for a walk, done the washing, cleaned up stuff on my computer. Having a cup of herbal tea. Off to watch my son play football later. Will stop by the shops on the way.

Hope your day is good. And yours too @Shaz51 and @Faith-and-Hope

Coughing and spluttering here Shazzle Dazzle, to add insult to injury there is a sneeze vs bladder war happening and the only one winning is the manufacturer of discrete hygiene products.

Mr Darcy a complete misery @Shaz51, will take a couple of days for acute side effects from med interaction so we will see if he starts picking up next week.

How are things with you?

had a sleep in this morning and then went food shopping for us and my mum

reading all about Kidney disease stage 4 which i have and the specialist got back to me about the aches and pains, tireness and other things which he thought it would not happen for a little while yet -- it is because my kidney filters are not getting rid of the toxins in the body and that is causing the problems

and mr shaz is having music therapy for the afternoon nice and LOUD, very LOUD

Not good news @Shaz51 is there one area of your health you can focus on that would help improve your quality of life?

Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Hi @Former-Member

Also with the Hiatus Hernia as well , too cut back on certain foods so I don`t overload the body with toxins and overwork the kidney without going anemia , so it is getting the right balance , too much of this is no good but not enough of that is not good either

Does Mr Shaz enjoy the foods you are able to eat to maintain kidney/gut health @Shaz51
