Good morning, afternoon and evening @Shaz51 and all - hope everyone's day has been good, or at least not awful!
Mr Cath struggling since they increased his meds about 2 weeks ago - it had been looking so promising before that, am hoping he will adjust....he's getting very disheartened again which I can understand. Just so hard when youj can't really help isn't it.
One the bright side I survived Disney's Frozen on Ice on Saturday and it was actually a lot of fun - Mini Cath loved it. Now gearing up for a Frozen themed 4th birthday party on Saturday. I agreed to it this time last year - unfortunately mini Cath has an exceptional memory 🙂

Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness
Hey @Cath22 I think Mr Darcy had 16 different meds in a number of classes. The best thing I did to document what drugs had been given and Mr Darcy's response to them. I got prescribing records from the different pharmacies he had scripts filled at. I reported response to meds (good & bad) ie worked for a short while, became agitated, became hyped up, sex dysfunction, weight gain, hair loss, agitation. Noting symptoms are also helpful such as mood descriptions (up, down, irritable, suspicious, don't care) behaviours (ie spending, substance abuse, not attending to personal hygiene, being reckless). All of these can help the docs in finding a med regime that can keep things steady.
