Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Hello @PeppiPatty, over here my special friend xx

Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

Don`t know if I am making this up , but i have that feeling ,

Aw @Shaz51

I am sorry you are not feeling well - you have enough happening

I don't know about green tea - I have never tried it though I have a free sample here

Personally tea is not my cup of coffee - ah - true - tea and coffee do caffinate - but coffee does it faster

All the best with your green tea though - and I am thinking of you

hello @Shaz51

so sorry to hear that you are still not feeling well.

are you going back to the doctors? or is that all sorted with other coming up appointments?

I had shocking stomach ache yesterday just out of the blue.

Apparently the change in weather does bring dreaded viruses so I have been told by my doctor.

Keep looking after yourself and remembering self care says she who needs a push xxx
