Doing ok. Bad night. Really just down on myself for letting sh*t get to me so much. Know that's really challenging for me but trying really hard to be more positive today. Still really drained and tired but trying to push through it so I'm not up all night again.

My appointment went okay yesterday, my speciaist has moved to a new facility on the coast. She has given me a referral for a sleep study and hopefully get that done soon.

I am ok but still feeling a bit down.

I've had two lumps on the side of my neck since last Sunday, I went to Drs today and he thinks I have an infection some where but he can't find it. I just went to afterhours clinic so I might get it checked again during the week.

I am feeling a bit down atm

I was able to have a talk with her, and she wants me to think about TMS or going into hospital for respite.

As the hospital is new, my health fund is not covered there and I might look at changing health funds but not sure because I did travel interstate and my current insurance covers this.

I also want to have a look at other clinics too- there is one that focuses on exercise and I thought that might be good for me.

I am struggling to know what to do for the best.

Good to see you back. Was worried about how you were going. That sucks about your specialist! Please get your kneck checked out properly during the week - as soon as you can - the sooner you get a definitive answer the sooner your mind will be eased.

How did you go yesterday with your appointments? - I hope you found them helpful and got some relief from seeing them.

I think its probably nothing wrong with my neck but I am little worried that I have two lumps on my neck, I am hoping its nothing serious.
