Complex Illnesses

Complex Illnesses

I have found that it has been challenging on a daily basis with mental illness. Just doing my therapy the DBT.

I have found that I have been recognising my symptoms a lot easier. Also it has been helping me with a lot of things.

If you are a person reading this DBT also called Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. Is helpful for even the most intensive symptoms for disorders and mental illnesses.

I have 5-7 disorders which DBT is also a treatment for complex mental health issues. As well as addictions and concerning behaviours. So it's up to you to seek treatment and recovery is important.

Hi @Sapphire2

I am so happy to hear that DBT is helping you on your road to recovery. I hope it continues to be the case.

I completed DBT many years ago now and found it helpful too.
