If you do ever post anything that breaches the guidelines, don't sweat it! It happens from time to time, especially for newer members. Either your post will be edited by staff if it's a small breach, or you might have your post blocked - in which case we'd email you and work with you to re-post. You don't strike me as the kind of person who would breach guidelines on purpose so it's not something you need to worry too much about 😉

I am trying to hold it in right now I left the hospital for a couple of hours but I am back there again

All i want to say is it's not looking good and I am all alone in this I had a little cry before In the shower it's so hard man trying to keep it together is harder then I thought thank you for letting me share on here 😊
