I was in the shower for 1hour i am laying on the bed on my stomach face into the pillow while crying why because I feel like a fat burden

I spoke to my partner on Wednesday for 10 minutes I miss them I feel like I am in a hole where I can't swim my body feels weird I have nobody to tell how I feel because I just feel like a jungle in my head i did something so stupid today @RiverSeal but if you're around do you wanna chat? Long showers can be nice when you can and drain the hot water tank. Could you go out of the house to get a change of scenery and for something to eat maybe?

I've already been out today went for a really long drive I dropped the kids off to my friends house

I locked myself away in my room crying thinking how stupid I am I've been looking at pictures of me and dad and I wish I could of done something now I am paying for it 😩😩 I feel so crappy I want to be with him I miss dad so much @RiverSeal
