Whenever I have a meltdown or breakdown, I feel soooo depleted, fragile, and yet still all tingly and buzzy from the adrenaline still floating around my body. It can be helpful to do some self-care afterwards. What's some of your go-to self-care strategies? Anything you could do for yourself tonight?

I am sick of people not understanding why do I have to explain myself to everyone? I never said I wanted to talk to anyone but I am I am allowed to post thing here if I want it's a free country
All I said was there's no point in talking because you go soon
There's some people on here that make me feel so shit about everything

Mate. Just trying to understand a bit more, you keep pushing people away and threatening stuff every time they ask questions like they are personally attacking you. I was trying to help but if throw yhe toys out of the cot everytime someone asks a question people will stop trying.
