Hmm, honestly, it all boils down to how confident and grounded I am feeling in my body and if I actually want to be where I am. I can become overwhelmed if I don't have the capacity to be in my social energy, if that makes sense. When I feel that way, I cope by putting my attention fully onto the present moment and try to notice when I feel like I am in flow again.

I really like anything with lots of garlic and chilli, herbs and spices. I have a sweet tooth though and could eat chocolate all day every day. 😋

I think it's very common to experience challenges with feeling regulated in big environments, so know that you're having a very human response here. We weren't made for that much stimulation as often as we are exposed to it!
