@Sunnyside226 , it sounds like you are also giving yourself a hard time. No one is perfect and no one is ever good enough I guess, as long as you are trying your best, that's enough!

Last night I didn't sleep because I had one of the nights where I couldn't I had a 2 nap today and feel shit belly hurts I was vomiting I was really hot and I feel so shit I want to give in again
