oh yes, the app is called Finch! in the app, you get to pick a bird to look after and every time you open the app and complete self-care tasks (like getting out bed, brushing your teeth, drinking water - or you can add drinking coffee hehe) you get points to help grow your bird. you also get gems to help buy clothes and furniture for it - it's a fun way of encouraging us to take care of ourselves and our lil app bird 😊
