@Sunnyside226 it takes great talent to fall off of beds 😂😂. Casper accidentally put a hole in one of my pants yesterday, he got his claw stuck in them when he was too excited, that's as close as I've gotten to ripped pants lately 😂.
The picture I'm doing has got lots of different animals on it 😊

We are very talented 😂😂.
Casper is a character, and he was a very good boy tonight and helped keep me grounded when I was having flashbacks.
It's a fun pic but lots of little things to colour so it's taking a while.

Have you got ear buds or headphones to drown out the noise? Its the only way I can do shopping cos it's too loud and I get sensory overload.
I hate shopping.

Yeah I put earphones on when in shops I put a little toy/teddy In my pocket if things get too overwhelming
Yeah sensory overload is tough

@Sunnyside226 oh good, i have fidget toys on my lanyard that I fidget with while I'm in the shops.
It's horrible, so many people, noises, bright lights, it can be very overwhelming.
I'm the same, I've gone in and then had to leave cos it all got too much.
