My day has just been so messed up, I haven't been able to stop doing things cos the fear of what will happen if I stop is too much. Now that I've stopped my thoughts are intense and it's so hard to sit with.

I'm over the half way mark so hopefully I'll be finished in the next couple of days.

@Sunnyside226 I've had to keep busy doing things like cleaning, washing doing dishes etc. When i do stop that's when the harming myself urges kick in.

The thoughts haven't stopped, but I've stopped doing things because it's night time and quiet time so now the thoughts are intense.
