@Sunnyside226 you are definitely welcome here but I do understand the feeling of walking on eggshells. I often find it hard to watch what I say cos I'm scared to say the wrong thing, although tonight I've done a pretty good job at doing just that.
I'm sorry you are hurting so much and that you don't feel very supported on here. I know I'm just one person here but I am here to support you.
I just got back home before and now I'm sitting on my bed, trying hard to calm myself down but there's all sorts of thoughts, feelings and emotions racing through me. Hoping I can do some of my colouring to try to wind down.

Glad to hear your calming down by colouring remember your in a safe place I don't know if breathing works for you I did say a list of things in another post
