Grief can be very raw. @Sunnyside226 It's a sign of your love. Tears are healthy and cleansing for the soul.
I don't visit my 2 graves as often any more. Maybe once per year. I find other ways of talking to my dead people and keeping a soul connection with them

That's why I only go when I can I know my dad and mum are dead I never want to accept that.
Dad's death was my fault. I didn't answer his phone call.
Seeing them both today was hard, I never thought I'll never have a parent again,
I'm sitting looking at the Stars. Mum is with me

i do want to ask, is anyone at home with you? are you able to stay safe from hurting yourself? your message about wanting to be with mum has me worried, i just want to check if you'll be able to take care of yourself tonight. is alone time what helps you stay safe?
