Not sure fully what happened @Sunnyside226 but from what I read you were thrown in at the deep end with 3 littlies. Sounded like you did your best, with stress all around. Responsibility is tricky for others to judge and honestly imho… people shouldn’t judge til they at least walked a mile in someone’s shoes. Guilt is tricky too. It can motivate us to good action… and it can paralyse us.

I don't mind having the kids. It was for a long period of time I didn't know what to do the kids were screaming. A little which overwhelmed me but I made it out alive

You seemed to do a heap for them, so no wonder you were exhausted and overwhelmed. It’s 24/7 on call and stress. No matter what anyone says. Hold dignity for yourself. Your brother was lucky you stepped in and cared so much. I know what it is like having too much responsibility thrust upon me. My tablet is playing up and getting screen freeze…
