It can be hard when we wanna hear from people we care about, but we're getting nothing. Perhaps it could help to remember the forums aren't a 'live' chat space - so they do tend to move a lot slower. Sometimes that means you won't be able to talk to certain people every day, but it doesn't mean you're not welcome or that people don't wanna chat with you.

However, the beauty of it being this way is that people don't have to be online for us to tag them and talk to them!! Some conversations I have with members unfold over the course of weeks because we're never online at the same time! And I do love logging on to see messages already waiting for me 😊

So, even if I'm not online, you're always, always welcome to tag me, and I'm sure many others feel the same 💜

All I did was try to explain to Jynx what I meant I've never said anything bad all I had said was I'm not going to tag tag the workers when Jynx said I could me trying to explain it wasn't worth my head been bitten off for

I'm done trying my best to explain things. There was no need for it when I'm clearly explaining something

Sometimes just getting things and/or writing them down can help.

If drawing helps then it sounds like a good idea.

When I get really angry I normally scream into a pillow. Also will go to the shed and punch the punching bag. I struggle to get words out when I'm really angry.

I didn't end up drawing I went for a long run listenING to loud angry music

The punching bag sounds good

I've never tried to scream into a pillow

You looked after yourself first, which is a good thing.

Hopefully the run and the music helped you. It's good that you have things in place to try and help.

Always find the screaming into a pillow helps me.

We are all different so different things will help each of us in a different way.
