@tyme when you get low moods does it last for weeks months? Does it turn into anger? I don't know how long you have lived with it how do you control it?

We are not having dinner till 6:30 tonight. Not quite 4pm right now. We are having a dinner party.
Homemade tandoori chicken nuggets with tangy lime sauce served with mashed potato. Raspberry and white chocolate baked cheesecake for dessert and apple or orange juice to drink.
