To be honest instead of people just giving numbers because you guys think it's about suicide or suicidal thoughts maybe ask the person first

Not everything people say is about suicide or suicidal thoughts different if I said I was suicidal or thinking about it

I'm not trying to hurt feelings or emotions or upset anyone just be mindful not everything is about suicide or suicidal thoughts

Hi @Flowerlove22 it sounds like yesterday was a really challenging day. I've had those days too where it just feels like nothing is going right and even something small could send me into a meltdown.

I just want to reiterate what @JulesBlues said in their lovely post and say how impressive it is that you were still able to continue to express yourself here even though you were feeling so down and frustrated.

What's been going on this morning that's made you feel like you want to disappear?

I get that it can be annoying to receive the same support numbers again and it sounds as though you haven't really felt heard here this morning so I want to let you know I'm here to listen and if you're able I'd love to know how I can best support you right now.
