No baking, no cooking.
Only because I'm in my office most of the time.
I CAN cook, but have chosen not to make time for it 🙂
No, it wasn't a microwaved meal. I don't buy them. My sister and friends cook and they give me meals. I pay by sister for groceries, and I buy takeout for them about once a week or fortnight.
I just can't be bothered cooking for one because I live alone.

I'm confused I called a helpline to talk about my thoughts and feelings ECT
They hung up and said I have called many times today when I haven't I haven't even been on me phone
They have called the ambulance what do I do??
