@Sunnyside226, i know it can be scary imagining about what will happen if the police come. But don't worry about them now. Even if they come, they are just going to check if you are doing alright and nothing else!

My stomach is going crazy what's going to happen what if I get judged what if I get arrested what if something really bad happens
I know they only thoughts but I let my partner see it and it wasn't looking good what I told Tyme (if you know)
I'm having really bad thoughts about this I need to keep my mouth shut and keep it to myself what did I do 😭 bit oh boy I am paying for it shit! @Friendlyflutter anywho you might be off to bed I am not 🥴 I am waiting on the ambulance dear me

The police would not arrest you, i know it can be extremely nerve-wrecking to have police visit your house, but they are there to check on you and see if you are ok.
It is important to seek support when you are having such thoughts, it's good that you reached out to your partner, even though right now it feels like you shouldn't have. They care about you and want to support you.
Can you take something to help with your stomach?

@Friendlyflutter I am stuck in a loop I miss my parents I want to be with them yes I told my partner about the thing I did my body is shaking my head is going around thinking why did it do it
Right now I just want my mum and dad I want to be with them both I feel like I lost everything my world is gobe everyday I think about it I can't say much but I am deep in a hole my si are bad I feel worthless I just miss them
