I am alone nobody understands this pain I feel like I am going to lose myself I want peace from everything

@Birdofparadise8 honest my dad had a choice to stay but he didn't all I can think about is how I went wrong or if I pushed him over more and more was it my fault? I tired to be there for him it wasn't enough I can't be in 20 places at once

Yes I blame myself for it because I feel like I should of done something

Everyone counts on me to be here and there I feel like I have to split myself

I am more angry because my brother does nothing for me or my sister he expects me to do everything.

I need a break from life

Families can be so tricky and have such a big impact on our emotional and mental health.

It seems like you have a lot on your plate and are managing so many things - that must be tough.

I have been in similar situations where I have had to take on a lot for my family, and it led to me not feeling the best. I remind myself, in times like that, that I can't pour from an empty cup. I need to look after myself first, and only then can I do anything else. It's okay to take a step back and focus on yourself if needed.

@lavenderhaze honest I'm done with everything I've called a helpline but it didn't really help I'm falling apart I feel like I am at the end

I'm crying on my floor thinking about how good it would be if I wasn't here

I feel at my breaking point don't get my wrong I love my brother and sister but I can't keep helping them everyday

On top of everything working with kids/teens if a lot

I have to hide My feelings from everyone

I just want a place where I be let myself be free and let my feelings out

@Birdofparadise8 I've told them my sister is different when there is a incident or something happens I get called because my brother can't deal with it
