We all feel this way sometimes. Try to see prospective. Think hard and come up with three good things you have done for others, this helps me to remember, no one is all bad and I have done loads of good things in my life. No one is perfect, it's a good sign that you are self aware for example, narcissists have no idea they are bad people. They never admit fault. I had some energy healing done around guilt this helped me a great deal.
