Aww sounds lovely @ArraDreaming! Do you get along well with Mrs Jay's family?
I was up in NSW with family too - got to have lots of beach swims and hang out with niece and nephew. They're too cute.

Yeah we get on @Jynx fair to say I’m usually on the quieter side when it comes to to mass interactions but I’m always polite and they are nice people, when there is lots of kids around I can suslly be found hanging out with them lol @Jynx

I feel you @ArraDreaming it's soooo much easier to hang out with the kidlets! They're 7 and nearly 7, and both soooo adorable. Very clever and insightful too, I was kinda surprised... but I guess that's what happens when you hadn't hung out with kids since I was a kid myself lol.

No I have been extremely unwell with tonsillitis, fever, earache, so NYE we just played board games are kids went to bed @Jynx I went to work today for the first time but I’m still sick I’m on anti biotics

Sometimes a quiet NYE is pretty nice though, I don't think we need to party for it to be a meaningful time. Board games with the fam sounds pretty dope.
Funny thing, I was at a lil house party gathering, and I got so caught up in conversation I didn't notice the time. So I was on the loo when midnight ticked over! Great start to the year 😂

@Jynx yeah we played a couple games with the kids (only one can really sit for a game) and then we play monopoly when kids went to sleep
